As New Valley has grown and matured as a church - particularly since our move to Chandler - the complexity and therefore skill required to run our various worship arts ministries has increased very dramatically. Starting in early 2021, New Valley has hired Aaron Hansen to be a part-time Production Director to oversee the Sound, Media/Lighting, and Video/Live-Streaming ministries! Aaron has a Bachelor's degree in New Media Communication with an emphasis on A/V Production from Oregon State and he also completed the Master Recording Program at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Tempe and has worked for professional studios in Los Angeles where they've been living. In addition to sound engineering, he's passionate about all areas of production design and we feel he can bring the leadership and support needed to our teams/ministry. Aaron and his wife Becca and their son Jax live in Mesa.
